Description

  • Represent KRB General Services in sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the diverse staffing needs within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and hiring candidates.
  • Leverage social networking and other innovative recruiting techniques to engage passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to create a seamless recruitment process.
  • Stay abreast of latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve on recruitment strategies.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in technical hiring processes, human resource consulting, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, client consulting, candidate screening, and interview facilitation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with possible remote working flexibility. Expected to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple hiring projects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, with a keen eye for talent. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
