Represent KRB General Services in sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the diverse staffing needs within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and hiring candidates.
Leverage social networking and other innovative recruiting techniques to engage passive candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to create a seamless recruitment process.
Stay abreast of latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve on recruitment strategies.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field.
Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in technical hiring processes, human resource consulting, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, client consulting, candidate screening, and interview facilitation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
Working Conditions: Office environment with possible remote working flexibility. Expected to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple hiring projects.
