Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of Human Resources Services experience
- Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management
- Knowledge and experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skill in Personnel Management, including employee relations and conflict resolution
- Prior experience in a similar HR role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site environment and foster a supportive workplace culture
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is preferred
SALARY RANGE: Php30,000
WORK LOCATION: Clipp Center, BGC
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
