Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, interview, and hire top talent for various positions. Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and update company policies in line with labor laws and best practices.
  • Payroll & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans for employees to foster growth and productivity.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions and professional development programs to enhance team skills.
  • HR Reporting: Maintain accurate HR reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure the workplace is safe, compliant with legal requirements, and conducive to employee well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
