Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a relevant industry
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives
