Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters including company database and documents.
- Process timekeeping, leave, and payroll management
- Assist in compensation and benefits management.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist in payroll bank opening.
Requirement
- Good knowledge and ability in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Knowledgeable in government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and adapts to changing work demands/priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with management, associates, peers, and the public.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Must be willing to work in Makati or be assigned to areas around Metro Manila.
