With experience in Housekeeping.
Knowledge in Housekeeping.
Guide newly hired employees for deployment on their actual site.
Provide continuous assistance by addressing employee concerns and processing their needed information or documents.
Weekly Roving to the sites assigned to assist employees external for their needs.
Strictly Maintain employee records by monitoring their attendance, Late/Tardiness and Absences according to policy and legal requirements.
Maintain all employees from external are guided by the company code of conduct & rules and Regulation.
Assist client concerns immediately.
Serve NTE, NOD to employees or by reporting incident reports from sites.
Collects External Employee Daily time records or extract data on biometrics in timely manner.
Timekeeping and Recording of Daily Time record of External employees.
Sending of Weekly or Daily Accomplishment reports and Monthly Reports.
Support Talent Acquisition in manpower requisition by reporting additional MPR request, transfer or replacement of employees.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Other task assigned by immediate superior.
