Customer Service

Description

  • Clean and service assigned room according to established standards. Greet and acknowledge guests. Respond to guest complaints and requests and take action to ensure guests satisfaction. Work as a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures. Assist with other duties assigned.

    • Requirement

    • College level or High school graduate is welcome.
    • With pleasing personality.
    • Not more than 36 years old.
    • Strictly no VISIBLE tattoo.
    • Willing to work on shifts.
    • Hotel is in Ermita, Manila
