Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and assist them with locating products, carrying items, and answering inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
Stocking & Replenishment: Regularly check and restock shelves, ensuring products are well-organized, correctly labeled, and fully stocked. Report any low stock levels to the Store Supervisor.
Merchandising: Arrange products attractively to enhance customer experience and support sales promotions and seasonal displays as directed by management.
Inventory Support: Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and properly storing goods. Help in conducting regular inventory checks as required.
Store Cleanliness: Ensure store cleanliness by regularly sweeping, mopping, and organizing displays and aisles. Maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
Pricing: Ensure that all products are correctly priced and tagged according to store policies.
Loss Prevention: Report any suspicious activities or potential theft incidents to the Store Supervisor or Manager.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and other team members to support smooth and efficient operations.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehousing is an advantage but not required.
Skills: Good communication skills in English and Filipino. Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash and understanding product quantities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry items (up to 15 kg) and stand for extended periods.
Personal Attributes: Honest, reliable, proactive, and able to work well with minimal supervision.
