JOB SUMMARY:

This role will establish and manage a performance marketing function, focusing on acquiring and converting demand for our products. The responsibilities will include optimizing inbound marketing, overseeing paid acquisition efforts, and managing field and digital marketing events.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer trends and develop a buyer persona based on the current dealership marketing initiatives.
  • Emphasize the brand positioning, value proposition, unique selling proposition (USP), and brand voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans to achieve aggressive sales targets and brand awareness goals.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and other creative assets.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and recommend adjustments to optimize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative growth hacking techniques to drive engagement and sales.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, fostering brand engagement and community growth.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Performing other duties when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a proven track record of success in a one-person marketing team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content in various formats.
  • A creative and resourceful approach to marketing, with a passion for exploring new growth hacking techniques.
  • Self-motivated and independent with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving with a relentless focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Willingness to travel from time to time.
