Once and Done:

• Develop branded PowerPoint decks and a Canva workbook template

• Create icons in Procreate

• Review and provide feedback on the website

Ongoing:

• Photoshop faces onto character cards for gamified workshops

• Design graphics and develop PowerPoint presentations while populating content

• Update Canva templates and coordinate workshop content creation (prioritising longer lead tool development first)

• Create basic Procreate designs for gamified workshops

• Create and send social media posts (following the review process)

• Take images from workshop whiteboards and populate templates and maps in Procreate for clients (within a 3-day turnaround from the workshop)

Must Haves

• Demonstrate initiative to provide feedback and improve on current graphical templates and processes

• Experience developing toolkits and branded documentation to a high level

• Ability to learn new systems and be resourceful in finding and working with AI tools for more efficient ways of working

• Offer innovative ideas/solutions - be a thought partner with the Directors

• Quick delivery turnaround times, particularly with Photoshop

• Ability to liaise via email with suppliers

• Ability to ask questions and provide proactive feedback to the Directors

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage preparation times

• Ability to be able to speak up if deadlines are unable to be met

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A track record/portfolio of high-quality design work

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Procreate (iPad) and Canva

Home Office Requirements
