Design and layout publication materials for internal and external use. These may include web page, brochures. logos, booklets, info graphs, covers, annual reports, advertisements and others.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and that all materials adhere to style standards, typography, and the brand's visual identity.
Liase with other departments to complement presentations and other visual.
Present design materials or recommended edits before final launch or printing of materials.
Manage digital assets and content for use in our different digital channels and social media.
Conduct research to produce high quality UX design solutions and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes and tabs and widgets.
Coordinate user testing of prototypes with IT team before system implementation.
Other tasks within the client department, with a focus on enhancing marketing materials, explainers, and other communication materials to be used across various channels in servicing out clients and members.
Create and curate library of photos.
Communicate directly with clients on issues, recommendation, feedback regarding the Client portal and coordinate internally with stakeholders to resolve these inputs - Own the Client Portal.

Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Minimum 5 years work experience as Graphic Design or similar role.
If experience from other administrative work or customer support, a marketing role would be an advantage.
Experienced in using design tools and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suites, inVision Studio/Figma, WordPress etc.
Experienced in using MS Office; Word and PowerPoint should be on advance level.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
