Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in construction or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in basic housing construction techniques,
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in various construction tasks, follow project plans and safety regulations, and support skilled tradespeople on-site.
  • Working Conditions: Must be able to work in outdoor environments, comfortable with physical labor, and available to work full-time hours including potential overtime.
