Description
- Conduct geodetic and topographic surveys for electric power infrastructure projects.
- Design and calculate precise measurements for construction, using GPS and GIS systems.
- Ensure projects meet technical specifications for Global Electric Power Development Corporation.
- Prepare reports and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Maintain awareness of new trends in construction and geodetic methods.
- Uphold safety and compliance standards in a dynamic construction environment.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Geodesy, Surveying, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or higher is an advantage.
- Experience Level: A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience in geodetic engineering or surveying, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, adept in the use of various surveying tools and technologies, and a solid grasp of data analysis and GPS systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct precise measurements to determine earth's geometric features, manage and oversee surveying projects, analyze data, and collaborate effectively with other professionals.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork in various locations, possibly under challenging conditions, mixed with office-based data analysis. Must be willing to travel and work outdoors.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent critical thinking ability, problem-solving skills, keen observational skills, and team player.
