Description
- Install Generator Sets: Responsible for setting up new gensets (diesel or gas-powered generators) and ensuring they are correctly connected to the electrical distribution system.
- Install ATS Systems: Install and configure Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) that manage the seamless transition of power from the main grid to the backup generator during outages.
- Diagnose Faults: Identify electrical, mechanical, or fuel-related issues in gensets and ATS systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint the cause of failure.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow safety procedures and protocols to avoid accidents, especially when working with electrical and fuel systems.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local electrical codes and standards, as well as industry regulations.
Requirement
- With at least five years' experience in installation, maintenance and repair of generator set or automatic transfer switches (ATS)
- Must have a certification in generator or ATS maintenance and repair;
- Preferably a Graduate of any vocational/Technical Course with NC II license related to genset and ATS Equipment;
- Preferably with valid driver's license.
