Description

  • Prepare accurate financial statements and maintain comprehensive financial records for Wheels, Inc., a leader in the automotive industry.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, support budgeting efforts, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to enhance fiscal strategies and drive business growth.
  1. Well versed with accounting software.
  2. Knowledgeable of BIR compliance
  3. Knows all accounting works.
  4. CPA

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in an accounting role. Preferably with experience in a similar industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, SAP, and advanced Excel. Strong knowledge in Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Reconciliations, and Bookkeeping Accounting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyses.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional overtime during busy periods such as financial year-end or tax reporting times.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
