- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and support audits.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to analyze financial data related to staffing and payroll.
- Assist in strategic financial planning for future growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting practices.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during audits or tax season.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
