Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Fleet Fuel Monitoring Assitant to oversee and monitor fuel usage across the company's fleet. This position is responsible for authorizing fuel requests, maintaining accurate fuel consumption records, and generating regular reports to support fleet operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Fleet Management Team to identify irregular fuel consumption, investigate driver-related concerns, and help improve operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor and record fuel consumption for all company vehicles, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Generate and issue fuel authorization codes to approved drivers and designated fleet units.
• Identify, investigate, and report unusual fuel consumption patterns or discrepancies involving drivers or vehicles.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly fuel utilization reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain and update fuel monitoring databases, tracking logs, and SeaOil fuel consumption records.
• Coordinate with the Fleet Management Team to resolve operational concerns affecting vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.
• Ensure all fuel monitoring activities are carried out with accuracy, confidentiality, accountability, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, formulas, reporting, and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and the ability to manage records responsibly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, organized, and accurate reports.
