1. Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure franchisees follow corporate policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the day-to-day operations of franchise stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance. 


2. Performance Management:

  • Set and track sales goals and KPIs (key performance indicators) for franchise locations.
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports, and work with franchisees to improve profitability.
  • Provide feedback and actionable insights to improve store performance.


3. Franchisee Support:

  • Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Assist with problem-solving and provide support for franchisees in areas like staffing, training, and marketing.
  • Facilitate communication between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.


4. Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure that all franchise locations comply with legal, health, safety, and brand standards.
  • Work with franchisees to ensure they meet brand appearance, product quality, and customer service expectations.


5. Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Assist franchisees in implementing national and local marketing strategies.
  • Monitor local market trends and provide advice on local store promotions.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all franchise locations.



6. Financial Oversight:

  • Review franchisees’ financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Provide guidance on cost control, pricing strategies, and improving revenue streams.


7. Expansion and Development:

  • Assist in the opening of new franchise locations, ensuring they are properly equipped, staffed, and prepared for operations.
  • Support the onboarding of new franchisees.


8. Training:

  • Develop training programs and materials for franchisees and their staff to ensure consistency in service and operations.
  • Provide ongoing training on new products, services, or technologies that the franchise adopts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in the similar field.
  • Proactive, ambitious and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Willing to do field work.
