Customer Service

Description

  • Support hands-on operational tasks within Amici Cakes & Pastries Ventures Co.
  • Maintain quality control for all food & beverage products.
  • Facilitate inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Assist with kitchen duties as well as customer service as required.

Requirements

  • Education: No formal educational qualifications required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in relevant operational roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, ability to follow procedures, basic technical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Performing routine tasks, supporting other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace, and adhering to safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: Must be prepared to work in varying environments which may include exposure to different physical conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team or independently.
