Description

I&B Food OPC is a vibrant player in the Food & Beverages industry, committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Food Attendant to join our team.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and answer inquiries.
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
  • Support kitchen staff in food preparation as needed.
  • Maintain stock levels of utensils and supplies.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of quick service restaurant operations, waitering, cashiering, and excellent hospitality skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food, manage transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring standing for long periods, handling food, and interacting with customers.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
