We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will manage staff, inventory, and finances while aiming to maximize revenue, improve service quality, and enhance overall efficiency.

• Oversee and manage daily F&B operations within budget and to the highest standards.
• Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service.
• Design and update menus, manage inventory, and implement improvements.
• Anticipate customer needs and address any concerns promptly.
• Lead the F&B team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Set targets, KPIs, schedules, and establish policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Report on sales results, productivity metrics, and operational performance.
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, or a related field preferred.
