Primary Objective of Position:

The Budget Analyst oversees preparation, consolidation and monitoring of the Company's budget. Ensuring accurate budget utilization, recording and timely submission of reports to management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        In charge in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget of the company and its affiliates.

·        Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets and report budget variances to the immediate supervisor.

·        Prepare budget schedules, utilization and monitoring reports for regular submission to management.

·   Coordinate with Department Heads and Branch Managers in gathering budget requirements and supporting documents.

·        Maintain and update budget monitoring worksheets, templates, and records.

·        Verify that budget requests are within the approved budget allocation.

·        Assist in preparing budget revisions and updates as directed by the immediate supervisor.

·        Coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure budget records are consistent with financial reports.

·        Maintain organized files of budget documents and supporting schedules.

·        Assist during internal and external audits by providing related document and reports.

·    Assist in the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents required by the Finance Department.

·        Prepare guidelines and procedures memorandum as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
