Description

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, create forecast models, and assist with budget preparation.
  • Generate financial reports and present findings to management to support business decisions.
  • Conduct benchmarking and process analyses for continuous improvement within Acclime Philippines Inc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance in the professional services industry.
  • Assist with the development of financial policies to ensure operational compliance.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial analysis, creating and interpreting graphs, variance and gross profit analysis. Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct detailed financial analysis to report on trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop financial models and conduct forecasting. Prepare reports and present findings to management. Support decision-making processes with accurate financial data.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours, but may require extra hours during busy periods like end-of-quarter or budgeting seasons.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ideal candidates should be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. They need to possess strong numerical aptitude and be comfortable handling large datasets.
