Position Summary

The Accounting Supervisor oversees the company's accounting operations across all branches, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, effective internal controls, and sound financial management. The role supports the Founder by providing timely financial information and recommendations to achieve the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and operating expenses.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and financial controls.
• Consolidate financial reports from all branches and analyze business performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, accountants, banks, and government agencies.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff.
• Recommend process improvements and perform other duties assigned by the Founder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in retail, food and beverage, or multi-branch operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
