Financial AnalysisAccounts PayableFinancial ManagementBillingFinancial StatementsComplianceStatistical AnalysisAccounting Receivable and PayableBookkeeping Accounting

Description

· Update financial spread sheets with daily transactions
· Familiar in balance sheets - Profit and Loss
· Track and reconcile bank statements
· Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
· prepare BIR tax payments on a monthly & quarterly basis
· Support monthly payroll - Journal Entries | 1601C | Government Mandatories
· Record and prepare monthly SLSP
· Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
· Provide administrative support during budget preparation
· Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Other task to be assigned by the team leader

Requirement

Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or any related course or degree
Willing to be assigned in Makati
At least with 1 year experience in finance and accounting procedures
Knowledgeable with BIR Laws, protocols and procedures
