- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage financial performance, including monitoring key metrics and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee cash flow, financial transactions, and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives and growth.
- Provide insightful analysis to drive informed decision-making within the recruitment firm.
- Ensure accuracy of financial information and reporting, and implement continuous improvement in finance processes.
Requirements
- Has in depth BIR knowledge.
- 1 -3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required
