Our client is hiring for a FINANCE CONTROLLER MANAGER!

Duties & Responsibilities:

A Financial Controller manager will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Salary: 75k-100k

Benefits of Upon hire: Car benefits/plan, lumpsum amount, fleet card -200 liters per month, car allowance, guaranteed 14-month pay. 4k uniform allowance, and blood donor -1 day- pro-rated. Then upon regularization: Rice subsidy, meal allowance - cash, medicine allowance, HMO up to 3 dependents, 15 days SL, 15 days VL, bereavement 7 days, calamity leave -2 days, annual salary increase, annual performance bonus - up to 4 months salary.

• At least 5 years as a finance controller/manager or related.
• Thorough knowledge of finance principles and procedures, and financial modeling,
• Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions, balance calculations, financial record-keeping, forecasting, and analysis.
• Willing to work onsite in Angono, Rizal from Monday to Friday, day shift.
