Description

  1. Responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
  2. Must provide technical assistance with the installation of new machines.
  3. Must repair the machines for quality issues.
  4. Must place orders for additional parts and supplies to refill the inventory requested to admin and finance.
  5. They must set aside parts and supplies depending on the number of machines.
  6. The technician must maintain a record of issues and solutions.
  7. The Technician must accurately identify and resolve any technical issues and ensure optimum operating condition.
  8. Must handle customer issues as quickly as possible.
  9. Must assist the sales department with the new equipment to ensure proper placement and operation. The professional should take leadership in communicating equipment problems and solutions to the team.
  10. Must take up tasks such as new equipment set-up, equipment reconditioning and general technical service.
  11. They must collaborate with the other technicians to keep up the optimum response time and customer satisfaction.
  12. Must keep track of the technician metrics such as response time, and calls per day should report to immediate superior.
  13. The technicians must be able to complete and possess the following successfully.
  14. Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  15. Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
  16. Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated
  17. Ability to train the end users.

Requirement

  1. High School Graduate or Technical diploma or certificate in a relevant field.
  2. With or without experienced
  3. Must have own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license.
  4. With pleasing personality
  5. Computer Literate
