Description

To achieve the sales development objectives by ensuring the attainment of 100% sales volume and distribution targets thru effective management of direct (company) and indirect (trade partners) sales personnel under his supervision.


  • Sales Functions:
  • Supervises and leads the daily activities of the company route sales team (CMRs, DSPs) to ensure efficiency of direct routing coverage and trade development in his assigned territory.
  • Conducts daily huddles before route take off ans debriefing at end of routing day.
  • Monitor regularly the attendance and punctuality of each sales personnel under his supervision.
  • Conducts daily supervision of the route sales team particularly during check-out and check-in time at the plant or warehouse.
  • Ensures attainment of assigned sale target and routing KPIs per sales personnel based on company sales standards.
  • Effective implementation of all company sales and distribution programs for direct retailers / outlets and partner outlet.
  • Attainment of adequate share of the store inventory and distribution targets per SKU, per retailer throughout continuous monitoring of sales activities of CMRs in all direct retailers / outlets.
  • Implement standard truck load outs based on right mix and quantity per SKU based on assigned outlet coverage per day.
  • Regularly checks all outlets and salesman's daily activities related to distribution, sales, pricing, merchandising, and back-checking, individual trade check.
  • Monitor trade sales activities of direct salesman or partner DSPs in compliance with company sales policies and systems throughout regular route rides / work-with.
  • Prepares concession proposals and recommends approval based on the standard payback period.

Requirement

  • College level or graduate of any 4-year business course; with 2-3 years' experience in Sales or Marketing on General Trade or Modern Trade.
  • Ability to deal and communicate effectively with people of different personality and background.
  • Flexible, work driven, and has the ability to work under pressure.
  • Preferably with advance knowledge in computer software and applications.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills.
  • With professional driver's license.
  • Amenable to work in Antipolo or Cainta
