We're looking for an experienced and vigorous Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage the sales budget, including setting targets, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
