Program Feasibility Studies: Conduct analyses for LSM programs, including Flow Thru Profit and Breakeven Sales calculations.
Creative Briefing: Prepare briefs for artwork development by providing necessary references and materials.
Document and Resolve LSM Concerns: Track store issues, coordinate with relevant departments for resolution, and maintain a monitoring database.
Store Compliance Visits: Conduct visits to ensure adherence to LSM guidelines.
Problem Identification: Identify potential issues in LSM program implementation and collaborate with departments to address them.
Guest Feedback Monitoring: Collect and summarize guest feedback on LSM initiatives and promotions.
Market Analysis: Study local trade areas for events that could drive traffic and sales, sharing insights with the LSM officer.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze store performance in campaigns and recommend additional LSM activities for improvement.
Communication and Fund Utilization: Maintain communication with stores and assist in effective use of Local Advertising and LSM Funds for greater impact.
