Description
- Develop and execute field marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align field activities with business goals.
- Track and analyze the performance of field marketing efforts.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors in the field.
- Identify and act on local market opportunities and trends.
- Provide feedback on customer insights and competitor activities to improve strategies.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for events and campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
