Description

The Fast Food Operations/Standard Auditor is responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with the company's operational procedures, food safety standards, customer service protocols, and overall quality benchmarks. The auditor will conduct regular audits of various locations, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to maintain high standards across all outlets


Conduct Regular Audits:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled audits of fast food outlets to assess compliance with operational standards.
  • Evaluate food safety practices, including hygiene, storage, preparation, and serving procedures.
  • Assess the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant environment, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.

Review Operational Procedures:

  • Verify that all employees adhere to company protocols, including cash handling, inventory management, and order accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and workplace safety protocols.

Evaluate Customer Service:

  • Assess the quality of customer service provided by staff, including greeting, order taking, and handling of customer complaints.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies regarding speed of service and customer satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting areas of non-compliance, best practices, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit findings and follow-up actions.

Training and Support:

  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff and management based on audit findings.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to improve compliance and operational efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement action plans based on audit findings.
  • Identify trends in audit results and suggest systemic changes to prevent recurring issues.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure that all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety, labor laws, and environmental standards.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fast food operations, quality control, or a similar role.
