Description
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of production, including production scheduling, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Analyse production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, optimize processes, and drive innovation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the injection moulding team to develop their skills and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports on production metrics, operational performance, and key performance indicators.
Requirement
- Work experience more than 10 years at Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Company
- Management experience more than 5 years of Plastic Injection Molding
- (Production has 100 machines and 180 employees)
- Operating and troubleshooting skill of Plastic Injection Machine
- Knowledgeable of Injection Parameter setting and Injection Molding Equipment
- Experience of Material Knowledge and Material Usage Management
- Improvement Skill of Actual Production (Output, C/T, Down time and Internal Defect Ratio)
- Management experience of Injection Production Plan and Performance Management
- Inventory Management experience from Incoming until Finish Good Parts
- Basic Knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold
- Knowledge and experience of Quality Control / Quality Assurance of Plastic Injection Molding
- Experience of Presentation and Negotiation with Customer and Supplier
