Description

  • Assist executives with daily schedule management, including coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage confidential materials with discretion.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, manage office supply inventory and handle travel arrangements for executives.
  • Support project management activities and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Prior experience in the shopping & retail industry with Sunshine Bay Philippines Inc. focused on exceptional customer experiences preferred.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • At least a Diploma degree from an accredited institution.

Experience Level:

  • Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required, ideally in a support role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven employee relations capabilities.
  • With Pleasing Personality
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in creative problem-solving strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist executives in day-to-day operations.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and office supplies.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role requiring presence during standard work hours, possibly with occasional overtime.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Adaptable and capable of working independently.
