Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executives
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences, including handling logistics and managing follow-up actions
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
