Interpret and review drawings and material specifications.
Responsible for providing accurate material take offs, estimates and detailed material breakdown for bidding purposes.
Identify and compare the discrepancies between measured/estimated quantity and builder/client BOQ.
Responsible for doing scope markup based on issued SOW (Scope of works) and Windows and Doors Material Specifications.
Ability to plan, manage, and strategize estimating activities required to meet tender programmes.
Flexible in working relevant jobs in estimating.
Maintain organized files and appropriate documentation of completed work.
Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Must be a graduate of any engineering or architecture program.
Minimum of at least 2 year experience in quantity surveying/estimating in residential and commercial construction industries or similar positions.
Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Applications (preferably at intermediate to advance level), AutoCad, Sketchup
Strong and effective communication skills to deal with the management, builders (principal contractor) and clients.
Can manage and work well under pressure to meet submission deadlines.
Must have a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and must maintain a high standard of work ethics and strong sense of responsibility.
Willing to work in Makati City
