Manages Engineering Shared Services in providing support services to the different business units. Leads Engineering Shared Services in the implementation of good construction practices that are compliant with safety codes and other government standards.

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

• Graduate of any engineering courses.
• At least 10 years' experience in any engineering work.
• At least 5 years' experience in managerial work.
• Strong community organizing skills, initiating group gatherings and information drives
• Strong public relations and presentation skills.
• High analytical skills.
• Efficient in project management handling projects and initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in forming partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint presentations and data processing programs.

Place of Assignment: Madaum, Tagum City

Salary Range: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00
