Operating Embroidery Machines:  

• Set up and operate embroidery machines to embroider designs on garments, textiles, or other materials according to customer specifications. 

Design Interpretation:  

• Interpret design specifications, including color, size, and placement of the embroidery, and ensure accurate replication of the design on the material. 

Machine Maintenance: 

• Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure they operate efficiently, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues. 

Material Preparation:  

• Prepare materials for embroidery, including hooping garments or textiles, selecting appropriate threads, and ensuring the proper tension and alignment of 

the material on the machine. 

Quality Control:  

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring that designs are properly aligned, colors are correct, and stitches are consistent. 

Production Efficiency:  

• Work efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. 

Record Keeping:  

• Keep detailed records of production activities, including materials used, machine settings, production times, and any issues encountered during the embroidery process.

• Atleast high school graduate. 

• With embroidery operation experience 

• Physically fit 

• Adaptable and willing to learn 

• Detail oriented
