Job Description

Electrical and WiringsNC II Holder

Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Perform general electrical maintenance.
  • Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
  • Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
  • Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Good knowledge of various test equipment.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a formal apprenticeship or vocational training in electrical systems.
  • Experience Level: At least 2 years of experience working as an electrician or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reading schematics, strong understanding of electrical codes, adept in the use of electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Must be a NCII HOLDER
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Able to work in various environments, willing to work overtime and be on-call for emergencies. Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and a focus on safety.
