We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing machine maintenance, executing electrical troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficiency and safety of our equipment. You will work closely with the maintenance team, production staff, and other engineers to uphold high standards in electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of electrical systems and machinery, ensuring their optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting on complex machinery to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime and improve performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to schedule effective maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment failures and develop plans for improving machine reliability and reducing unplanned outages.
• Design and implement electrical modifications and upgrades to enhance machine functionalities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations in electrical engineering practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
•  3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, PLCs and automation technologies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work on-site in our San Simon, Pampanga Office.
