Job Summary

As an Ecommerce Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the company's e-commerce business across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue, ensuring ROI, and establishing strategic partnerships to maximize opportunities. You will play a crucial role in conducting market research, identifying customer trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an overarching e-commerce strategy across platforms like TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, aligning with company goals to achieve targeted ROI and revenue.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, exploring innovative ways to grow the e-commerce business and maintain strong relationships with Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer trends, analyze competitor offerings, and gather demographic data to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve e-commerce performance, addressing aspects such as customer service, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in managing stores on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok Shop
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms' seller centers and tools
• Intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in on-platform ads for effective product promotion
