We are looking for a hands-on Influencer Outreach Manager to lead and scale a team of 5–10 specialists. You will drive our TikTok creator acquisition strategy across both English and Mandarin-speaking markets, ensuring high conversion and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the daily performance of 5–10 outreach team members.
• Strategy & Execution: Oversee cross-border TikTok creator campaigns, outreach workflows, and CRM tracking.
• High-Level Negotiations: Secure partnerships with top-tier creators, agencies, and MCNs.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics, optimize outreach efficiency, and report on key KPIs.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent in both English (written and spoken). Mandarin is a huge plus.
• Experience: 2+ years in influencer marketing, with 1–2+ years in a management role.
• TikTok Expertise: Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, creator economy, and outreach best practices.
• Skills: Strong leadership, data-driven mindset, and exceptional negotiation abilities.
