Description

  • To facilitate online store where customer can find products browse offerings and place purchases online.
  • To Present clearly to the audience all the Ace products.
  • Interacts with online customers/ viewers and answer their inquiries on product information, shipping process and payment method during the online live shopping.
  • Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments such as marketing, content, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective E-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business demands online.

Requirements

  • Experienced in engaging online shopping platforms.
  • With at least 1 year experience in Store Sales.
  • With experience in product marketing. (Product marketing is about launching products & growing share/sales thru time.)
  • Strong product knowledge to address customer queries.
  • With Pleasing and Outgoing Personality.
