Educational Qualifications: Formal education not required.
Experience Level: Proven track record of safely operating vehicles, preferably with experience in driving 6 wheels trucks.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in DRIVING larger vehicles such as 6 wheels trucks.
Valid Drivers License 1,2,3 with a clean driving record.
Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact with clients and team members.
Understanding of LOGISTICS and supply chain procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties:Operate and maintain vehicles with a focus on safety and customer service.
Transport goods and materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and report preventative maintenance.
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
Working Conditions: Must be able to work in various weather conditions, long hours, and potentially on weekends and holidays.
Qualities and Traits: Candidates should be dependable, punctual, able to work independently, and have excellent time management.
