Description

  • Willing to be Assigned on SAN SIMON PAMPANGA.
  • Checks and monitors the accuracy of all DR/TR attachments such as: COI, Loading checklist, Store out ticket/OTL, Photo copy DR/TR
  • Assume responsibility for all deliveries or transfers and ensure FIFO and LIFO procedure as per SMYAC schedule
  • Ensure the sufficient stock level of finished goods for deliveries and also for Advance DR and booking schedule
  • Guarantee to capture the accurate data on all incoming deliveries for FG/PM
  • Coordinate with SMYAC trucking contractor in-charge regarding delivery schedule details such as; Truck allocation, Customer's windows time of acceptance
  • Responsible for checking Warehouse Zoning Plan for FG/PM
  • Monitor storage area by organizing floor space: adhering to storage design principles
  • See to it that proper housekeeping is regularly done, ensuring audit and inspection readiness at all times
  • Check racking status and map locators update
  • Coordinates with inventory team on FG and PM issuance, returns and scraps
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
