Description
- Checks and monitors the accuracy of all DR/TR attachments such as: COI, Loading checklist, Store out ticket/OTL, Photo copy DR/TR
- Assume responsibility for all deliveries or transfers and ensure FIFO and LIFO procedure as per SMYAC schedule
- Ensure the sufficient stock level of finished goods for deliveries and also for Advance DR and booking schedule
- Guarantee to capture the accurate data on all incoming deliveries for FG/PM
- Coordinate with SMYAC trucking contractor in-charge regarding delivery schedule details such as; Truck allocation, Customer's windows time of acceptance
- Responsible for checking Warehouse Zoning Plan for FG/PM
- Monitor storage area by organizing floor space: adhering to storage design principles
- See to it that proper housekeeping is regularly done, ensuring audit and inspection readiness at all times
- Check racking status and map locators update
- Coordinates with inventory team on FG and PM issuance, returns and scraps
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of experience
- Bachelor's degree required
