Qualifications

*At least high school graduate

*Can work under pressure and maintain pace during busy shifts

*Attention to detail and committed to hygiene standards

*Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

*Experience in kitchen or cleaning work is a plus

Duty and Responsibilities

*Wash, rinse, and sanitise all plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking tools

*Dry and arrange clean kitchenware in designated storage areas

*Sort and dispose of waste, segregate recyclables, and maintain waste disposal area

*Clean and sanitise sinks, dishwashing stations, floors, and work areas

*Assist in basic prep work: peeling, chopping, sorting ingredients, and storing supplies properly

*Check and report water temperature, chemical levels, and equipment issues

*Help receive and organise deliveries when needed

*Follow all health, safety, and sanitation rules at all times
