Description
- Collects all trays, plates, and utensils intended for cleaning
- Washes and dries all dining wares and utensils according to safety and cleanliness standards
- Disposes garbage and slops/leftover materials, keeping all floor areas dry to avoid accidents
- Check availability of dining utensils as well as cleaning supplies
- Looks after the preventive and corrective maintenance of dishwashing equipment.
- Reports defects and shortage in equipment and tools to superior for proper action
- Attends to minor repairs on damaged equipment and proper storage and safekeeping of kitchen and dining equipment
- Other job-related duties assigned and instructed by the Management
Requirement
- At least a High School graduate
- Minimal work experience in any food industry
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 – 25 kilos
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Good physical condition
