Cleaning & Sanitizing:

• Regularly clean floors, mats, sinks, and other kitchen surfaces as directed.

Waste Management:

• Empty trash and clean garbage cans at regular intervals.
• Separate recyclables and dispose of waste according to kitchen policies.

Supporting Kitchen Staff:

• Assist with light food prep or cleaning tasks as requested by kitchen staff.
• Ensure constant availability of clean kitchenware during service hours.

• No prior experience is typically required, though it can be helpful.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
